74 COUNTRIES AND 454 ATHLETES AT THE ISSF FINAL OLYMPIC QUALIFICATION RIFLE / PISTOL IN RIO

Registration closed! With 30 days left until the start of the ISSF Final Olympic Qualification Championship Rifle / Pistol, 454 athletes from 74 countries confirmed their participation in the last selection for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The competition, from April 11 to 20, at the Centro Militar de Tiro Sports Center (Olympic Shooting Center), in Rio de Janeiro, will have representatives from five continents: America, Africa, Asia, Europe and Oceania. World champions and Olympic medalists are confirmed.

This is the second time that Brazil has hosted an Olympic qualifier. The first was at the World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, in 2019, which defined the last places for the 2020 Japan Olympics. Due to the pandemic, the competition was held the following year.

The ISSF Final Olympic Qualification Championship Rifle / Pistol is organized by CBTE in partnership with the Ministry of Sports and the supported of the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB), the Brazilian Army and the ISSF.
